Organic by John Patrick Spring/Summer 2009 Collection
John Patrick sees a big future for eco-friendly clothing; “People won’t ask ‘is it organic?’ but say ‘of course its organic!’” Patrick’s brand, John Patrick Organic, launched in 2007 and follows a green philosophy using natural and organic fibers, recycled fabrics, and botanical coloring. The brand has seen some strong commercial success and the spring 2009 collection shows us why. The collection features blazers and pants suitable for casual office-wear, and more relaxed wear like madras shorts and loose jeans. This spring collection is light, relaxed, timeless, sensible and, best of all, sustainable.
