AC is set to build the new Cobra MK VI in Germany, at Gullwing GmbH, which gives a clue to the car’s unique feature – a removable hard top with gullwing doors. The car will be crafted by hand, with a body constructed partly in aluminum and will be placed over a triangulated jig welded spaceframe chassis. There will only be one powerplant available, a Corvette 6.2 liter V8 unit that produces 437 hp for the GT and 647 hp for the GTS version. Talk about a beast? How about 0-62 in 3.3 seconds. More images of the Cobra after the jump.
