Some may argue that a supercar like the Pagani Zonda R doesn’t need a commercial. After all, if you have the bank account for it, and are a car enthusiast, you’ll probably already be in the know. But how often do us mere mortals get a chance to see a supercar commercial? With all the mass consumer car brands out there pushing commercials everyday, it’s about time we get to see something a bit different from those big time racing manufacturers. Take a look at the commercial after the jump. And just to refresh you on the specs: the engine is a 6.0-litre V12 with 552kW (750hp) and peak torque of 710Nm. It comes with a 6-speed sequential gearbox and slick tyres.

A commercial for a million dollar supercar for the track. Are they having trouble getting orders for the car? Would this commercial really somehow reach the intended customer? There’s no arguing that the footage is fantastic and the idea of Mr. Pagani himself assembling the car is wonderful (that’s him in there, right?).
