Head Porter Plus Gingham Shorts
For the summer, I’ve only considered the pleat-front and flat-front cotton shorts to be the only viable options for me. I’ve teetered on the decision of getting linen shorts or not in past seasons and that has been completely ruled out this year. I even attempted to fashion a tailored suit short (these were everywhere last year, people!) last summer that was disastrous and awkward from the moment I hit public streets.
These gingham shorts from Head Porter are in strong contention of making my closet list. The lightweight cotton is airy and comfortable, and it’s a simple pattern. They may prove to be a durable summer wardrobe investment.
