Jordan 23 will not be the last of the legendary line. However, Nike has finally retired the numbering scheme for a yearly naming routine which leads into the next shoe of the collection. The “Air Jordan 2009” shoe features “Articulated Propulsion Technology” which was inspired by the high performance carbon fiber prosthetic used by Paralympian runners. The shoe also follows Nike’s Considered Design philosophy which is a program to make the development and materials of Nike’s footwear more eco-friendly. A limited edition set will be released on January 31st and it will be available for the general masses nationwide on February 14th. Check out its official site for more images and info.
