For Spring 2009, 26 year old designer Philip Sparks takes his design inspirations from the social tribes of 1950′s youth that consisted of preppies, jocks, slackers and greasers. For this collection, “Suiting incorporates double pockets, covered buttons and India tape trim on linen and cotton. Casual pieces have a loose, athletic look and cargo pocket details. Ramie knits add a yellow accent to the collection’s white, grey and black palette.” Check out more images of the collection after the jump.
