Double Crown, New York

Tucked in a corner of the East Village Manhattan, Double Crown is a fresh establishment celebrating the 19th century British presence in the countries of the Far East and South Asia. Super designers AvroKo blessed the restaurant/lounge with classic colonial style and a menu filled with an array of ecclectic dishes such as Lamb and Cashew meatballs and Tandoori marinated Foie Gras with Earl Gray prunes. The cocktail director, Brian McGrory, has compiled a drink menu that specializes in vodkas and gins which can be topped with various preserves such as cranberry, and bramley apple; all of which are made on the premises.
