The future of racing is upon us and it looks like the folks at Mercedez-Benz want to revolutionize the way cars of the future cross the finish line. Combining elements of land yachting, luge, and Formula one, Formula Zero is an idea you might see in some futuristic Japanimation type movie. But what makes the Formula Zero concept even more interesting is that each team will only be given a fixed amount of energy to finish the entire race. Energy efficiency is the key factor here when it comes to receiving points and winning races, which also highlights the concerns in the environment.
